Perfect Turkey Sandwich

The first time I had this bad boy I immediately claimed that this was the 'best sandwich I had ever had!' And to be honest, it really is fantastic!

1 hoagie roll cut in half
3 slices of medium sliced peppered turkey
2 or 3 slices of monterrey jack cheese (to cover one side of the hoagie roll)
2 tbsp mayo
1/2 to 1 tbsp of whole grain garlic mustard (or plain whole grain mustard will be fine)
Spinach
Pickle

Mix together the mayo and whole grain garlic mustard, adding more of each depending on your preferred taste. Spread each side of the hoagie roll with this mayo/mustard mixture.

On one side of the roll, place the cheese slices and on the other side, place the turkey. Place the rolls cheese/meat side up on a baking pan and turn your broiler on high.

Broil the sandwiches until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the bread gets a little crispy on top.

Top the sandwich with spinach and pickle.

THE END!

So easy, so delicious, and such a perfect lunch!
